Description of the Die Cast Stand Mixer EF706
Stand Mixer is also called dough mixer.The dough mixer is a kind of pasta machine, which is mainly to mix the flour and water evenly. There are vacuum mixers and non-vacuum mixers. Divided into horizontal, vertical, single-axis, double-axis, half-axis and so on.
Working Principle of the Stand Mixer,
The machine is composed of stirring cylinder, stirring hook, transmission device, electrical box and frame.
The spiral stirring hook is rotated by the transmission device in the mixing cylinder while the stirring cylinder rotates at a constant speed driven by the transmission device. In-cylinder flour is continuously pushed, pulled, kneaded, pressed, fully stirred, and quickly mixed to make the dry flour evenly hydrated, expanding the gluten, and becoming a dough with a certain elasticity, flexibility, and uniform flow.
